Fourth Suspect Apprehended in Connection with Kimberlin Murder, LIVINGSTON, January 23, 2010 - During the investigation of the Capital Murder of Billy Kimberlin Jr, a fourth suspect was identified as Quintin Joshua Fisher, 36, of Houston. A warrant for Fisher's arrest was issued charging him with Capital Murder. Working once again with the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force, Fisher was located and taken into custody on January 19th, 2010 in Harris, County. Detective Leon Middleton and Lieutenant Matt Parrish (both with Livingston Police Department) transported Fisher from Houston to Livingston where he was booked into Polk County Jail and charged with capital murder. According to Lieutenant Parrish, additional arrests are to follow Fisher's as the investigation into Billy Kimberlin Jr's murder continues.
