Third Suspect Apprehended in Connection with Kimberlin Murder, LIVINGSTON, October 14, 2009 - According to the Livingston Police Department, a third suspect has been apprehended in connection with the August 21st murder of Billy Ray Kimberlin, Jr. On October 9, 2009 Omega Jabar Manning, 37, of Houston, was taken into custody in north Houston by Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force and taken the Houston Police Department. Manning was picked up later in the day by Lieutenant Commander Matt Parrish and Sergeant Scott Paske (both with the Livingston Police Department). Manning was transported to Livingston Police Department and was later booked into Polk County Jail and charged with Captial Murder. See Related Story
