4 Houston Criminals Arrested for Allegedly Stealing Tires and Rims from Local Dealership, LIVINGSTON, June 23, 2014 - At approximately 4:450 am on June 22, 2014, Officers with Livingston Police Department were dispatched to the US Hwy 59 feeder road by Bounds AutoPlex in reference to suspicious vehicle. When Officers arrived in the area they observed a vehicle parked on the side of the road near Bound’s Autoplex and a dark colored car leaving the scene. The officers initiated a traffic stop on the dark colored vehicle which was occupied by four men. Investigation lead Officers to search the vehicle where a firearm was recovered that was stolen out of Houston.
Officers continued checking the area and located a new vehicle in the car lot of Bound’s Autoplex that had tires and rims stolen from the vehicle. After further investigation an additional vehicle with the stolen tires and rims was located near the area of the crime scene which was registered to a family member of one of the four men. Additional evidence was located linking the men to the stolen tires and rims. The suspects have been identified as Jesse Markise McQueen (23) of Houston, Javis Devone McQueen (24) of Houston, Jerry Trevion Hughes (23) of Houston and Denzell Devon Lucious (22) also fo Houston.
All four men were arrested and transported to Polk County Jail and are facing charges of felony theft, theft of a firearm (also a felony), and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (felony). Their vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
