Livingston Man Indicted by Grand Jury for Arson, LIVINGSTON, August 4, 2019 - A grand jury in Polk County has indicted a man in the fire of three mobile homes that occurred in the middle of the night on March 28, 2019. Tommy Eugene Jones, 42, of Livingston was charged and arrested for the crime on March 29, 2019 (the result of a Crime Stoppers tip the day after the fire). The grand jury was assembled in July (last month) and charged Jones with Arson. Jones has appeared in the Daily Arrest Report on this website a number of times.

Tommy Eugene Jones was arrested and charged in a prolific theft operation in November of 2017.
