This black Chevy Silverado (driven by Aldo Aurioles of Livingston) was loaded with fencing allegedly stolen from the City of Livingston.
Livingston Police Catch Alleged Thief, LIVINGSTON, May 24, 2012 - At around midnight on May 24, 2012, a report came in to the Livingston Police Department of a possible theft of city property. A witness spotted a man loading his pickup with fencing from a City of Livingston entity. According to the caller, the suspect drove away with headlights turned off. Officers Adam Williford and Jason Thomas were dispatched. The two Officers spotted the possible truck coming off Mary Street with lights turned off. A traffic stop was initiated on US-146. The truck was directed to nearby Garner Street (off Highway 146). The suspect vehicle was a black Chevy Silverado driven by Aldo Aurioles, 34, of Livingston. The bed of the truck was loaded with fencing that had in fact been taken from the property off Fair Street. Aurioles admitted to stealing the property and was arrested and charged with theft of property and could be facing an additional charge of trespassing. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Aurioles' vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 1 am.

The stolen fencing was loaded back into a city truck and returned to where it belonged.
