Two Robbers Caught, LIVINGSTON, May 18, 2008 - According to Livingston Police Officer Kurt Riley, on May 17, 2008, the two robbers who robbed Brian Thomas of Livingston, were apprehended and detained at the Livingston Whataburger. Officer Riley was at Whataburger collecting witness statements on the robbery itself when the two teens who committed the robbery pulled up in a car. Officer Riley recognized David Lewis Parker, Jr., 18, of Livingston and detained him. With Parker in the car was Ravion Deion Bogan, also 18 and of Livingston, who was also detained. Both teens were booked in to Polk County Jail. Parker was charged with aggravated robbery, and Bogan was also charged with aggravated robbery and possession of cocaine (Bogan was in possession of powder cocaine when caught).
David Lewis Parker, Jr. was charged with aggravated robbery.
Ravion Deion Bogan was charged with aggravated robbery and possession of powder cocaine.
