3 Youngsters Nabbed in Grocery Story Burglary, GOODRICH, July  17, 2014 - At 3:10 am on Tuesday, July 16, 2014, a security monitoring service placed a call to the management of Gokey's Grocery Store located off FM-1988 West in Goodrich.  The service informed them that the front door of Gokey's Grocery had been breached.  The managers arrived within minutes.  When they arrived, they found that Corporal Terry White, and Deputies Cody Hardy and Josh Sanders were already on the scene.  They found nobody in or on the premises as the suspects(s) had apparently fled.  The store had approximately $1,000 worth of damage inflicted by the intruder(s).  By 4 am, Detective Christy Allen was on the scene and began to gather evidence.  Captain Ricky Childers dispatched two additional detectives at around 8am that morning (detectives Richard Delaney and David Mitchell).  By 10 am, the Sheriff's Office had 2 suspects in custody:  Jonathan Zuellig, 18, of Goodrich and Deonte Harrell, 17, also of Goodrich (detectives also detained a 13 year old boy).  Zuelling and Harrell were both arrested and charged with burglary of a building.

The management of Gokey's Grocery stated to PolkCountyToday.com that they were thankful to the Polk County Sheriff's Office for catching these alleged thieves.

When Jonathan Zuellig was only 14 years old he was arrested for burglarizing Gokey's Grocery.

Johnathan Zuellig, 18, of Goodrich
Deonte Harrell, 17, of Goodrich
