Livingston Texas, June 7, 2010: Daniel Lee Falls is escorted back into the Jail that escaped 2 weeks earlier.
Daniel Lee Falls Caught in LaPorte, More Arrests Likely, LIVINGSTON, June 7, 2010 - Shortly after 1 pm on June 7, 2010, in a concerted effort involving the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Texas Ranger Ron Duff, Constable Bill Cunningham, LaPorte Police, and the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force, Daniel Lee Falls of Livingston was taken into custody without incident.  Law enforcement learned through an investigation of his whereabouts in LaPorte as he was being harbored by family.  Falls was immediately transported back to Polk County Jail and charged with escape.  Falls kept his head held low as he walked by our camera while being escorted back into the Jail in which he escaped from on May 23, 2010.  According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, more arrests are likely for harboring a felon on the run from the law.

June 7, 2010:  Daniel Lee Falls is caught in LaPorte by law enforcemet.  Falls was being harbored by family (more arrests likely for harboring a felon on the run from the law).
