Daniel Lee Falls, 26, of Livingston was last seen around Mimosa Street in Livingston.
Polk County Jail Inmate At Large After Escaping During the Night, LIVINGSTON, May 24, 2010 - Sometime around midnight between May 23 and 24, 2010, a Polk County Jail inmate escaped.  The incident occurred when inmate Daniel Lee Falls, 26, of Livingston, escaped through an kitchen door that wasn't secured.  Falls was last spotted in Livingston where Mimosa Street dead ends.  Sheriff Ken Hammack urges citizens to be cautious, and alert as Falls is still at large, is considered dangerous, and could be armed.  Daniel Lee Falls is a white male, about 6 ft. 2 inches tall, thinning brown hair, green eyes, and is 26 years of age.  He is believed to be wearing dark shorts, dark shirt, and white athletic shoes.  Falls as an extensive criminal history and was in jail for bond forfeiture and felony theft.  If you or someone you know think you know the whereabouts of Daniel Lee Falls, please contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office or Polk County Crime Stoppers.
