Livingston Senior Citizen Pleads Guilty to Child Sex Crime, LIVINGSTON, January 10, 2018 - A 71 year old Livingston man pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of an 11 year old child and was promptly sentenced to 25 years in prison. The guilty plea occurred in District Judge Kaycee Jones' 411th District Court. Yeager was arrested in August of 2017 when the victim (15 years of age by then) came forward. A forensic interview was conducted at Childrenz Haven and an investigation lead to an arrest warrant and Yeager's arrest on August 20, 2017. Yeager will have to serve twelve and a half years before he will be eligible for parole.
