71 Year Old Livingston Man Charged with Child Sex Crime, LIVINGSTON, August 2, 2017 - On July 20, 2017, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint against Charles Yeager, 71, of Livingston. A 15 year old child came forward in an outcry of sexual assault. The incident happened when they were 11. A forensic interview was conducted by Childrenz Haven in the following days. A warrant for the arrest of Yeager was issued charging him with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, which is a first degree felony. Yeager was arrested without incident and placed in the Polk County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
