The names of the two people killed in a motorcycle accident in Livingston were released today (September 16, 2008). The man, Terry Wayne Riggs, 40, and the woman, Deborah Kay Dick, 41, both of Cleveland were killed on FM-3126 when their motorcycle slammed head-on into a Ford Truck driven by Randall John Miller of Houston. According to one DPS Trooper at the scene of the accident, the motorcycle's speedometer was stuck on 75 miles per hour when the bike was recovered.
