Meagan Cheyenne Garner's Chevy Blazer lies on it's side just east of Tempe Creek on FM-1988.
Vehicle Rolls on FM-1988, 1 Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, December 22, 2010 - Shortly after 8 am on December 22, 2010, a tan Chevy Blazer driven by Meagan Cheyenne Garner, 18, of Livingston, was west-bound of FM-1988 near Tempe Creek when her vehicle left the road to the left, struck a tree and rolled. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputy Glen Edwards of the Polk County Sheriff's Office and DPS Troopers Corporal Sam Lattner and Kevin Burman. Garner was removed from her vehicle and treated at the scene before being transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. One lane of traffic was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Garner was cited for unsafe speed and could be facing other citations. Additionally, there was a warrant out for Garner's arrest out of Polk County for criminal mischief. A rollback wrecker from Harwood Wrecker Service recovered Garner's vehicle and it will be stored at 101 Harwood Drive in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 9:45 am.
