24 year old Juan Rio, of Livingston, lays on the front lawn of Chesswood Baptist Church after rolling his vehicle 3 times.
Vehicle Goes Airborne, Rolls 3 Times, GOODRICH, November 8, 2020 - At approximately 10:25 am on November 8, 2020, a blue 2007 Chrysler 300, driven by Juan Rio, 24, of Livingston, was north-bound on US-59.  Rio allegedly fell asleep.  His vehicle left the pavement to the right, struck a culvert, went airborne, landed and rolled three times coming to rest upright on the front lawn of Chesswood Baptist Church (While they were having church).  Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Sergeant Javier Segura and Deputy Darin Brooks with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Troopers Chris Cain, Ashlee White, and Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Fortunately, Rio was wearing his seatbelt.  He crawled out of his vehicle through the torn out rear windshield (the doors were jammed).  Rio was transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Rio was cited for no driver's license.  His vehicle was recovered by All Star Wrecker and will be stored in Livingston.

Rio's 2007 Chrysler 300 rolled 3 times and came to rest upright.
Rio's vehicle struck a culvert, went airborne and jumped Knight Street.
Fortunately Rio was wearing his seatbelt and sustained minimal injuries.
