Two Hospitalized in Accident, LIVINGSTON, March 4, 2011 - At approximately 4:30 am on March 4, 2011, a white 1999 Honda Accord driven by Pablo Pinon, Junior, was north-bound on FM-350 North when he allegedly cut his wheels right to avoid a deer. Pinon's vehicle left the road to the right and rolled two times coming to rest upside down facing his opposite direction of travel. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Christian Schanmier and Deputy Billy Duke with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Corporal Sam Lattner with the Texas Highway Patrol. Pinon was ejected from his vehicle and his passenger (Broderick Lashawn Forman, 22) was trapped inside the vehicle. Emergency personnel managed to get Forman out of the vehicle. Both occupants were transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. According to Corporal Lattner, Pinon was cited for driving with and invalid license and no insurance and could be facing other citations. Pinon's vehicle was recovered by Riley Wrecker Service and will be stored in Corrigan. The scene was cleared by 6 am.
