Water Spout Develops on Lake Livingston, ONALASKA, July 28, 2019 - A huge water spout developed on Lake Livingston at about 12:30 in the afternoon on Sunday. A big thank you to Dwayne Knox and Chris Hubert for sending in the picture and video below. As far as we know, there were no injuries or reported property damage. The water spout reportedly lasted for about 4 minutes. Please enjoy the picture and video below.
