Busting Their Butts So We Can Have Water, LIVINGSTON, August 25, 2017 - The busted water line that was discovered early on Friday afternoon kept city workers working late into the night. A crew of men dug through the pavement at Washington and Church Streets and had to physically find the water line that was broken (about 6 feet below the pavement), then while sitting in a mud hole filling with water, repair the broken water line with an 8 inch pipe. If you live in the City of Livingston, when you see these utility workers, stop and tell 'em thanks for what they do to make our lives easier. City of Livingston Water Service
