Another One of Polk County's Top 8 Most Wanted Captured, LIVINGSTON, August 5, 2008 - Another Polk County Crimestoppers 8 Most Wanted Fugitives has been captured. The following is a press release from Polk County Criminal District Attorney William Lee Hon:
Roland Lee Hickman, Jr. wanted by Polk County, Texas for Motion to Revoke Probation, original charges of Aggravated Robbery and two counts of Burglary of a Habitation that occurred in 1995 at the Diamond Shamrock in Livingston, Texas. In October 1996 Hickman, Jr. plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 years probation. March 2006 Hickman was listed as a probation absconder and a Motion to Adjudicate Guilt was filed. Hickman, Jr. has been a fugitive from justice since the motion was filed. On July 27, 2008, Hickman, Jr. was arrested in San Jacinto County by the Sheriff’s Office.
