Readers Help Police Catch Suspect, LIVINGSTON, March 11, 2014 - On the afternoon of March 11, 2014, Livingston Police Department apprehended a theft suspect less than 24 hours after pictures of him (caught by surveillance cameras) were posted on this website. Livingston Police submitted the photos to PolkCountyToday.com as a Crime Stoppers alert in hopes that readers would help them identify the suspect. According to Livingston PD, the tips came in and Police were able to arrest Christopher Tillman Williams, 31, of Livingston at his home without incident. Williams is now residing in Polk County Jail and has been charged with theft.
