Woman Found in Roadway, Flown to Houston, MT ROSE, November 29, 2017 - On November 26,2017, around 2:35am, the Polk County Sheriff's Office received a call of a female lying in the roadway at 1988 and 3126. Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office arrived and found an off duty Americare Paramedic treating a 22 year old white female who was later identified as Taylor Meredith. Meredith was transported by Americare EMS to CHI Livingston Emergency room then to Hermann Hospital in Houston by air Ambulance.
The Polk County Sheriff's Officeadvised they are investigating the matter to determine how Meredith got to the location she was found and if any criminal charges should be filed.
