40 year old Lynnie Ray Chatman is a person of interest, and has 4 outstanding felony warrants.

Homicide Investigation is Under Way, LIVINGSTON, November 14, 2021 - The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a homicide, after locating a deceased subject in the front yard off FM 350 North, in Livingston. No information has yet been released on the actual cause of the deceased. At approximately 1 pm on November 18, 2021, Polk County Sheriff’s deputies and detectives, along with assistance from the Texas Rangers, were dispatched to the 14000 block of 350 North. The deceased was quickly identified by law enforcement as Leonard Eral Chatman, 64 , of Livingston. Leonard Chatman’s son, Lynnie Chatman, is currently wanted on four unrelated felony warrants and is being sought by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for questioning, in reference to this investigation.
