Young Thieves Arrested by Sheriff's Deputies, LAKE LIVINGSTON VILLAGE, November 17, 2015 - In the past several months, numerous burglaries have been reported in the Lake Livingston Village subdivision located off FM 3126. Electronics, tools, lawn equipment, and copper wire were taken from the majority of the houses according to Sheriff Kenneth Hammack.
 
Suspects were established after some of the stolen property was recovered at a local pawn shop. Surveillance video was obtained and the suspects were positively identified and warrants were issued for their arrests.
 
Douglas Johnson, Michael Johnson, Barbara Wade, Andrew Brown, and a juvenile were questioned about the burglaries. Detectives were able to get a full confession from the suspects, where they admitted to committing several of the burglaries throughout the subdivision. All of the subjects were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and booked into the Polk County Jail.
