Disorderly Conduct Call Leads to Narcotics Arrest of 5, WILD COUNTRY, October 18, 2021 - At approximately 4:15 pm on September 29, 2021, the Polk County Sheriff's Office received a call for service in Wild Country Lake Estates in reference to two neighbors involved in disorderly conduct and that both had fired a weapon. Multiple Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office were dispatched the area and found Brandon Nichols, 24, of Livingston, and Amanda Roach, 32, of Livingston, walking away from the residences. They were identified as one of the parties involved in the disorderly conduct. Both were transported back to the scene so Deputies could conduct an investigation. When Deputies made it back to the scene, they identified the other party involved in the disorderly as Steven Malone, 44, of Livingston, and Samantha Hall. Additionally, Frank Ruiz, 44, of Livingston, and Michelle Dodson, 47, of Livingston, were also at the scene. During the investigation, Narcotics Detectives became suspicious of the subject's possibility being in possession of illegal narcotics. Deputies determined that the disorderly conduct was only a verbal argument between neighbors and that neither party had committed a criminal offense with their firearms. Narcotics Detectives obtained consent from Frank Ruiz and Michelle Dodson to search of their vehicle. Both were found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Consent was also obtained from Amanda Roach and Brandon Nichols and they were also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. A search warrant was obtained for Steven Malone and Samantha Hall's residence.  Both were found to be in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine and the items used to distribute methamphetamine.

The following charges have been filed:

Steven Malone - Manufacture and/or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, in the amount of greater than one gram but less than four grams
