Livingston Man Charged with Child Sex Crime, LIVINGSTON, October 11, 2023 - On Sunday, September 6, 2023, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received information in reference to an incident involving the sexual assault of a child. Detectives immediately initiated an investigation and quickly identified the suspect as 36 year old, Jorge Luis Davalos, of Livingston. During the investigation, Detectives subsequently obtained sufficient probable cause for an arrest warrant to be issued on Jorge Davalos. On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, Jorge Luis Davalos, was arrested on one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. He is currently booked into the Polk County Jail, on a $75,000.00 bond.
