22 Year Old Arrested for Online Solicitation, LIVINGSTON, September 5, 2017 - On October 4, 2017, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to Online Solicitation of a Minor. A complainant stated there was a 22 year old male who was sending messages that were sexual in nature to his 14 year old daughter through Facebook Messenger. Detectives with Polk County Sheriff’s Office conducted a sting operation and arrested the suspect as he arrived at the residence of the 14 year old. Arrested and charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor was 22 year old Joshua Rucker from Conroe Texas. Rucker is currently in the Polk County Jail under a $25,000.00 bond.
