Cesar Reyes, 23, of Livingston, has been charged with continuous sexual assault of a child.
Livingston Man Facing Charges for Child Sex Crimes, LIVINGSTON, September 20, 2014 - Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child is the charge that a Livingston man is facing. On September 8, 2014, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a report in reference to Continuous Sexual Abuse of a child. The caller stated the female child told her that she was in a relationship with a man. The female child stated during a Forensic Interview with Childrenz Haven that the man, Cesar Reyes, involved her in sexual misconduct numerous times within the past year. After further investigation by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office a warrant for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a child was filed on 23 year old Reyes. Cesar Reyes was arrested on September 15, 2014 and placed under a $50,000.00 dollar bond by Justice of the Peace Darrell Longino.
