20 Year Old Seven Oaks Man Pleads Guilty to Child Sex Crimes, LIVINGSTON, May 1, 2013 - A 20 year old man who was a baby sitter pleaded guilty to two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child. As a result of the plea bargain, Johnatha Bryan, 20, of Seven Oaks was sentenced to 30 years in Texas Department of Corrections. He will serve 30 years for 2 counts of sexual assault of a child, and 10 years for indecency with a child. Bryan was originally charged and arrested on September 14, 2012. In a forensic interview and examination of the five year old female victim, the victim stated that Bryan "put his weiner in her mouth", and that he put his "pee pee inside her pee pee". Bryan confessed to oral contact, but denied penetration of the victim, but the forensic examination showed trauma in what a specially trained nurse described notch and a ridge. In another incident, Bryan exposed himself to the child. As part of the plea agreement, Bryan's sentences will be served concurrently. Bryan must serve the full 30 years with no chance for parole.

20 Year Old Man Facing 3 Counts of Child Sex Crimes, SEVEN OAKS, September 20, 2012 - On August 17, 2012 the Polk County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation into a reported offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. An Investigation was conducted by Detective Christi Allen. A Forensic Interview was done by Childrenz Haven of the possible child victim. The interview revealed that the child's babysitter Jonathan Wayne Bryan, 20, of Seven Oaks, had been allegedly performing sexual acts with and in front of the child. After further investigation, and evidence collected on September 14, 2012, warrants were issued for Bryan on two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child and one count of Indecency with a child by exposure. Bryan was arrested the same day and brought to the Polk County Jail. Justice of the Peace Steven McEntyre set a bond of $100.000.00 for each offense. The Sheriff's Office received information that Bryan has also babysat other children in the Polk County area.
