Stolen Property, Meth, and Firearms, 4 Convicted Felons Busted, SCENIC LOOP, August 28, 2015 - On August 24, 2015 , detectives with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant in the Oak Terrace sub-division off FM-3277 according to Sheriff Kenneth Hammack. Detectives arrived on scene after a vehicle was seen leaving a residence and was stopped with stolen property.  An attempt was made to speak with the owner of the residence to see if he had been burglarized. Detectives recognized some property that matched the description of some stolen property on an unrelated case.

Once the property was positively identified a search warrant was obtained. Detectives entered the residence and located Jerry Michael Mosley, 35, of Livingston, Donny Ray Fulsom, 36, of Shepherd, Amanda Gail Turner, 33, of Huffman, and Shawna Nicole Enloe, 35, of Cleveland hiding inside.  During the search detectives located metamphetamine, two guns, and stolen property. Mosley and Fulsom had outstanding warrants through Polk County. All subjects are convicted felons and were charged with possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. The stolen property was recovered and released to its rightful owner.
