Investigation Leads Detectives to Home of an Alleged Burglar, LIVINGSTON, August 28, 2015 - On August 10, 2015, a burglary of a building was reported to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office by the owner of Griffin Electric located off Old Woodville Road, in Livingston. Several items were taken from the business according to Sheriff Kenneth Hammack. An investigation lead detectives to the residence of Thomas McIntyre, 42, of Livingston.
On August 19, 2015, Warrants were issued for McIntyre. McIntyre was arrested and a search of his residence and vehicle produced numerous stolen items belonging to Griffin Electric. He was arrested and booked into Polk County Jail for Burglary of a Building and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Thomas McIntyre currently remains in the Polk County Jail.
