List of Charges has Thief in Heap-O-Trouble, LIVINGSTON, August 22, 2024 - On Saturday, August 17, 2024, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to a theft in progress, at Livingston Lawn and Garden business, on Highway 59 North.


Sebastian Gerran Xavior Green, 32, of New Caney

The caller reported a male subject taking several Zero-Turn mowers from the business, before leaving the scene. The caller provided a description of the vehicle and the trailer in which the suspect was driving. Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division, along with the assistance of Texas DPS Highway Patrol, were able to locate the suspect who failed to stop for deputies.

The suspect attempted to evade with his vehicle, but was captured near the 4000 block of US Highway 59. The suspect was identified by deputies, as Sebastian Gerran Xavior Green, 32, of New Caney.

Green had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County for Theft of Property (SJF). Deputies also found Green to be in possession of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.  Green was charged with the following:

 

  • Theft of Property (felony)

  • Possession of Controlled Substance (felony)

  • Evading arrest/detention with a vehicle (felony 3)

  • Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)

  • Montgomery County Theft of Property Warrant (SJF)

This case is still active and pending further charges. No further at this time.
