Polk County Sheriff's Office Makes Arrests Following Community Tip, POLK COUNTY, August 20, 2024 – The Narcotics Division of the Polk County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from the DPS Criminal Investigation Division, has made two key arrests following actionable tips provided by the community through Crime Stoppers. The arrests, which took place on August 20, 2024, were the result of ongoing efforts to address individuals with active felony warrants in Polk County.

NORRIS BERNARD HARRELL was arrested on several warrants including:
1. Bond forfeiture for Manufacture/Delivery of a controlled substance
2. Trespass (x 2)
3. Bond forfeiture for Possession of marijuana


PATRICK MICHAEL KELSO was apprehended on four outstanding felony warrants:
1. Possession of a controlled substance PG1 >4g<200g (Methamphetamine)
2. Possession of a controlled substance PG2 <1g (Adderall)
3. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
4. Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon
