NORRIS BERNARD HARRELL was arrested on several warrants including: 1. Bond forfeiture for Manufacture/Delivery of a controlled substance 2. Trespass (x 2) 3. Bond forfeiture for Possession of marijuana
PATRICK MICHAEL KELSO was apprehended on four outstanding felony warrants: 1. Possession of a controlled substance PG1 >4g<200g (Methamphetamine) 2. Possession of a controlled substance PG2 <1g (Adderall) 3. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 4. Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon
