Livingston Man Charged with Child Sex Crime, LIVINGSTON, August 1, 2017 - On July 30, 2017 the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint against Charles Lamar Flourney, 45, of Livingston. An eleven year old child came forward in an outcry of sexual assault. A forensic interview was conducted that same day by Childrenz Haven. A warrant for the arrest of Flourney was issued charging him with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child which is a first degree felony. Fournoy was arrested without incident and is currently in the Polk County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
