38 year old Christopher Noel Williams, of Livingston, has been charged with murder.
Christopher Williams Charged With Murder, LIVINGSTON, August 1, 2015 - Polk County Sheriff Kenneth Hammack reports Christopher Noel Williams has been arrested for Murder. This arrest comes after an investigation into the death of 25 year old Andrea Piwko discovered deceased on July 30, 2015 at the Lakewood Cabins.
Williams was initially arrested near the scene for an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Williams was held in the Polk County Jail until August 1, 2015 when he was formally charged.
Polk County Justice of the Peace Pct. 2 David Johnson set Williams bond at $250,000. Williams remains in the Polk County Jail.

Murder Suspected at Lakewood Cabins, SCENIC LOOP, July 30, 2015 - On Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 8:12a.m. Sheriff Kenneth Hammack, Deputies and Detectives from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to reported female subject unresponsive at the Lakewood Cabins located on FM 3277 (Scenic Loop). Deputies and Emergency Medical Personnel from Americare discovered a deceased female identified as Andrea Piwko, 25 years of age. Piwko was living at the residence with Christopher Williams, 38, of Livingston. Williams is responsible for calling 911 and leaving the scene prior to first responders arriving. Williams was later located and has been arrested for unrelated criminal charges (possession of a controlled substance). The Texas Rangers Office and the Polk County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation. Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1 Darrell Longino performed an inquest at the scene and ordered Piwko be transported to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy. Cochran Funeral Home removed Piwko from the scene. Criminal charges against Williams are pending the results of the autopsy.
