Sean Christopher Walker, 47, of Coldspring
Alleged Burglar Nailed by Sheriff's Office, LIVINGSTON, July 2, 2018 - According to Polk County Sheriff, Ken Hammack, on June 30, 2018, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 9000 Bohemian Hall Rd, in Livingston. The Complainant stated that the actor(s) had gained entry into a residence by force and had taken miscellaneous items.  Hammack said there were two other buildings on the same property that had also been forcibly entered.  The property owner had placed a camera on a tree on the property. The camera captured a shot of a white Ford F250 pickup.
 
Deputy Michael Powell began checking local hotels for the suspect vehicle.  Deputy Powell located the truck with in the city limits of Livingston.  The suspect truck matched the description.  Powell initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver who was identified as Sean Christopher Walker, 47, of Coldspring. After speaking with Walker, Powell observed stolen property in the rear of the Walker's truck.  Walker was taken into Custody and transported to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.  With the assistance of Detective David Mitchell, Powell’s arrest resulted in Sean Christopher Walker being charged with two counts of burglary of a habitation and four counts of burglary of a building. According to Detective Mitchell, Walker has been released on three $10,000.00 bonds and a $20,000.00 bond set by Justice of Peace Jessie Stanton.
