Kenneth D. Nelson of Livingston
Alleged Burglar Saddled with Jail Time and Charges, LIVINGSTON, June 10, 2011 - On June 4, 2011 Corporal Terry White with the Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to a burglary call on Easy Street off Old Woodville Road. The homeowner reported that someone had broke into a barn on her property and took four saddles. The homeowner further reported a stainless steel handrail was also missing from her swimming pool.

The case was turned over to the Detectives for further investigation. On June 7, 2011 one of the saddles was located at a local pawn shop. After interviewing the person who pawned the saddle the remainder of the saddles were located. It was also learned the stainless steel handrail was sold at a local scrap yard. On June 8, 2011 an arrest warrant was issued by Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Darrell Longino for Kenneth D. Nelson of Livingston for Burglary of a Building. He was arrested and placed in the Polk County Jail.

Special thank you:  Investigator Richard Delaney with the Polk County Sheriff's Office
