3 Arrested on Drug Related Charges, LIVINGSTON, May 19, 2020 - On May 12, 2020, detectives with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division were actively looking for Dustin Glenn in the Indian Springs subdivision. There was a warrant for his arrest. Detectives received a tip that he was at the residence on Owl Hoot Trail. When detectives arrived, they made contact with David John Lafray, 35, of Livingston who was found to be in possession of marijuana. Detectives were able to obtain probable cause for a search warrant to the residences on the property. The occupants of the residence were identified as Lafray, Renee Matherly, Ronnie Lee Smith Jr, 36, of Livingston and Kimberly Diana Smith, 32, of Livingston. A search of the residences revealed marijuana, thc wax/ resin, and methamphetamine. Kimberly and Ronnie Smith were charged with possession of methamphetamine and thc wax/resin and Lafray was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
