2 Arrested for Marijuana and More, INDIAN SPRINGS, May 18, 2020 - On April 28, 2020, detectives with the Polk County Narcotics Division received a tip in reference to a marijuana grow at a residence in the Indian Springs subdivision belonging to Destiny Tucker, 30, of Livingston, and Bryan Keith Smith, 39, of Livingston. When detectives arrived at the residence (located off Virginia Trail) they observed what they knew to be marijuana growing in the front yard. They obtained a search warrant for the property, meanwhile, Tucker arrived at the residence. During the search other deputies located Smith walking through the woods near his residence. Tucker and Smith were found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana, thc wax/ resin (dab), illicit pills, and a rifle. Smith is a convicted felon and is not allowed to possess a firearm. Both were charged with possession of marijuana and thc wax. Additionally, Smith was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and unlawful possession of a firearm by felon.
