Trinity Man Arrested in Livingston on Meth Charges, LIVINGSTON, Mary 16, 2024 - On May 16, 2024, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division, with the assistance of the Onalaska Police Department, initiated an investigation into a theft case, at a business in the 13000 block of US Hwy 190 W. They they requested the assistance of the Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division. During the course of the investigation, probable cause was obtained to apply for a search warrant for the business. After the issuance of the search warrant, methamphetamine and marijuana were located inside the living quarters of the business. An infant child was on location at the time of the investigation, which led to Detectives contacting Child Protective Services (CPS), to assist in the investigation. As a result of the investigation, Tyler Ray Yarbrough was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
