Deputies Catch Thieves in the Act, LIVINGSTON, May 16, 2020 - On May 14, 2020 the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Menard Chapel Road. While patrolling the area, a deputy noticed a suspicious vehicle at a residence where there had been a prior burglary. The deputy approached the residence to find another vehicle behind the residence. As the deputy went up to the residence he noticed the door was open and entered the residence to find a male and female inside the residence. Other deputies arrived on scene. One male suspect was caught exiting from a travel trailer on the property. Another male was found inside the residence during the search. Deputies noticed there were items sitting on the porch that appeared to be from inside the residence. The owner of the property was notified and advised that these four subjects did not have permission to be on the property or inside the residence. There was one residence and three travel trailers on the property that were broken into. Deputies also recovered a stolen vehicle that one of the suspects was driving. The four suspects were identified as Isiach Dwayne Kyle, 19, of Livingston, Jakeb Lige Holman, 30, of Livingston, Brandon Daniel Chavers, 25, of Livingston, and Savannah Nicole Riley, 25, of Livingston. All four suspects were arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. At this time, other charges pending.
