Local Youngsters Charged with Engaging in Organized Crime, LIVINGSTON, May 1, 2019 - On April 30, 2019 the Polk County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation of two stolen dirt bike style motorcycles taken in the Old Israel Community of Polk County. Deputies received information of a male riding what was believed to be one of the stolen motorcycles in the same area.
Deputies arrived at a residence off Old Israel Road where they located Christian Alexander Klorres, 18, of Livingston, in possession of one of the stolen motorcycles. The investigation led deputies to come in contact with Colton Frank Cruse, 17, of Livingston and Trinity Lance Moore, 19, of Livingston, who is believed to have had involvement with the theft and defacing of the two motorcycles. Deputies sought out a fourth suspect identified as Tristan Colin Horton, 20, of Livingston, who was found in possession of the second stolen motorcycle. Both motorcycles had been spray painted and defaced as to conceal the original paint.
All four subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Polk County Jail and charged for Theft of Property >=$2,500<$30k, Criminal Mischief >=$2,500<$30k
