Narcotics Detectives Arrest 3 Females on Drug Charges, SCENIC LOOP, April 22, 2012 - On April 19, 2012 Polk County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives Vance Berry and Chris Lima were dispatched to 122 Sally St. located off of FM 3277 (Scenic Loop) to apprehend Jamie Lee Donley, 28 of Livingston who had two warrants for her arrest for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance in (both felonies).
 
When Berry and Lima arrived, they spoke with Tina Donley, 50 of Livingston. Tina Donley stated she didn't know if Jamie Donley was inside the residence. Entry was made into the residence by the Detectives. Jamie Donley was located in the residence with Candice Basham, 22 also of Livingston.
 
Narcotics in Full and Plain View...
While inside the residence the Detectives observed narcotics in plain view and a search warrant was obtained. During the search drug paraphernalia and illegal narcotics were located.
 
Tina Donley, Jamie Donley and Candice Basham were all placed under arrest and charged with the following offenses.
 
Jamie Lee Donley: Warrants for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance (x2), possession of a controlled substance (felony).
 
Tina Donley:   Possession of drug paraphernalia
 
Candice Basham:  Possession of a controlled substance (felony)

Tina Donley, 50, of Livingston
Jamie Lee Donley, 28, of Livingston
Candice Basham, 22, of Livingston.
