Livingston Man Confesses to Child Sex Crime, LIVINGSTON, April 21, 2017 - On April 17, 2017, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint in reference to Indecency with a Child. Complainant advised her 15 year old daughter informed her that her step-father, 43 year old Kelly Mayton, had been showing her his penis and even tried to video her in the bathroom. Mayton was interviewed where he gave a confession to the crime. A warrant was issued charging Kelly Mayton with Indecency with a Child. Mayton is currently in the Polk County Jail under a $100,000.00 bond.
