18 Year Old Livingston Man Charged With Child Sex Crimes, LIVINGSTON, March 26, 2015 - On March 19,2015, Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a home off FM-350 South. The deputies were responding to a call that was placed by a 14 year old girl's mother. The girl's mother had placed a 911 call due to the alarming nature of what she had just allegedly found. She allegedly found 18 year old Jacob Xavier Hafford, of Livingston, with her daughter as her daughter was performing sex acts on Hafford. Hafford was still at the scene. The deputies placed Hafford under arrest for a an outstanding arrest warrant for a September 26, 2014 aggravated sexual assault of a child charge. Hafford has allegedly admitted to sex with the 14 year old girl. His bond has been set at $150,000. In the state of Texas, a child under the age of 17 cannot legally consent to have sex.
