Thomas Frank was charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams (a first degree felony).  Alicia Cetlinski was also charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams.  During the search of the house, a juvenile was found inside and in  possession of methamphetamine.  The child was removed from the house.  An ongoing investigation is taking place with evidence collected from the residence which links subjects who purchased methamphetamine from the residence and warrants will be issued for those subjects for engaging in organized crime which would be a first degree felony and could mean up to ninety nine years to life in prison upon conviction.
