Two Charged With Dealing Methamphetamine, Child Found in Possession of Meth, CORRIGAN, March 23, 2010 - On March 16, 2010, Narcotics Investigators with the Polk County Sheriff's Office investigated tips received involving the distribution, manufacture, and delivery of methamphetamine in the vicinity of Corrigan. Detectives arrived at the residence of Thomas Aaron Frank and Alicia Elizabeth Cetlinski and spoke with Frank about the tips they had received. Thomas Frank admitted that he used methamphetamine and that he had a small amount of meth inside the house. A search warrant was obtained. During a search of the residence, detectives uncovered a large amount of methamphetamine, scales, a list which identified persons who owe Frank money for methamphetamine, and packaging used for the delivery of meth.
Thomas Frank was charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams (a first degree felony). Alicia Cetlinski was also charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance up to 200 grams. During the search of the house, a juvenile was found inside and in possession of methamphetamine. The child was removed from the house. An ongoing investigation is taking place with evidence collected from the residence which links subjects who purchased methamphetamine from the residence and warrants will be issued for those subjects for engaging in organized crime which would be a first degree felony and could mean up to ninety nine years to life in prison upon conviction.
Thomas Aaron Frank was charged with dealing methamphetamine.
Alicia Elizabeth Cetlinski was also charged with dealing meth.
