One House, Six Meth Labs, Methamphetamine, and Chemicals, LIVINGSTON, March 3, 2012 - On March 1, 2012 Narcotics Detectives Christopher Lima and Vance Berry responded to a residence located off Kimball Lane in Livingston.  The response was executed due to numerous tips that the Polk County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division had received regarding possible illegal drug activity at the residence.

When the detectives arrived at the residence they made contact with four occupants:  Shelly Ivey, 39, Charles Harrison, 37, Charles Crocker, 56, and Deborah Crocker, 55, all of Livingston (there were also children in the house, a five year old and an eleven year old).

Lima and Berry executed a search of the residence and uncovered six meth labs, methamphetamine, and chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Narcotics Detective, Lieutenant Andy Lowrie was contacted as well as several other detectives and deputies with the Polk County Sheriff's Office.  Additionally, Polk County Fire Marshal, Jay Barbee assisted in the residence search.

Child protective services was called to get the two small children out of the house and into a safer environment.

Charles Harrison:  Charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, two counts of child endangerment (all felonies).

Charles Crocker:  Charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of child endangerment (both felonies).

Deborah Crocker:  Charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of child endangerment (both felonies).

Shelly Ivey:  Charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of child endangerment (both felonies).

During the residence search, Ivey began complaining of chest pains.  An ambulance was summoned and Ivey was transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital.  Less than an hour later, she was released from the hospital.  Detective Vance Berry was dispatched to the hospital and spotted Ivey trying to hide under a car.  Berry arrested Ivey and took her to jail.
