Man Turns Himself in for 2010 Sexual Assault of a Child, LIVINGSTON, March 3, 2011 - On February 28, 2011 Erick Fernando Viera turned himself in to the Polk County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child that was issued back on August 11, 2010. It is believed that Viera fled to El Salvador a non-extradition Country to avoid questioning. An agreement was made through the Polk County District Attorney's Office and Veira's Attorney for him to turn himself in. Viera was given a $25,000.00 surety bond with conditions.
