Woman Summoned Deputy to Her House, Arrested for Large Amount of Meth, LIVINGSTON, February 25, 2021 - On February 23, 2021, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call from Angel Jean Williams, 37, of Livingston. Williams was reporting her residence off FM-350 South had been burglarized. A deputy arrived on scene and began investigating the alleged burglary. During the investigation, there was no evidence supporting that a burglary had taken place. While there, the deputy obtained probable cause to obtain a search warrant for the possession of methamphetamine. The deputy contacted the Narcotics Division. Detectives arrived on scene and obtained a search warrant for the residence. Williams was found to be in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine, marijuana, and the items used to distribute and ingest the said illegal narcotics. Williams was charged with manufacture and/or delivery of methamphetamine.
