Goodrich Shooting Suspect Taken Into Custody, GOODRICH, February 10, 2021 - Polk County Sheriff, Byron Lyons, reports that an arrest has been made for a shooting incident which occurred on the night of January 30, 2021 in the Siesta Country Subdivision in the vicinity of Goodrich.
On February 9, 2021, following an extensive investigation on 21 year old Alejandro Andrade, of Goodrich, Detectives with the Polk County Sheriff's Office obtained arrest warrants for Andrade for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Andrade was arrested at his home.
One victim received serious injuries after being shot at the scene by Andrade. Another victim was assaulted with a glass bottle. Andrade was booked into the Polk County Jail and is awaiting a bond hearing with Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Sarah Raspberry.
