Onalaska Woman With Warrant Racks Up More Charges, LIVINGSTON, February 1, 2024 - On Friday, January 19th, 2024, Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the 8000 block of State Highway 146 South, in reference to two burglaries that had occurred in the area. The suspect was observed on video doorbell camera at one of the residences that was burglarized. Polk County Dispatch later received a suspicious persons call from a local resident, in the same area, advising that a female matching the description of the burglary suspect, was on their property. The female was located and identified as Kelly Sexton, 31, of Onalaska. Sexton also held an active warrant out of Onalaska Police Department. Sexton was placed under arrest for her active warrant and deputies located several items on her person, which belonged to both burglary victims.
Sexton was charged with two counts of Burglary of a Habitation (F2).
