Felon Arrested for Meth and Firearms, LIVINGSTON, December 17, 2025 - On December 16, 2025, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hang-up call in the area of Rocky Creek Road in Livingston. Upon re-establishing contact, a female caller reported that she was being held against her will and was not allowed to leave the residence. The caller further stated that the suspect threatened to shoot law enforcement if she contacted 911.
Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to the call and were assisted by the Onalaska Police Department and the Polk County Narcotics Division.
Law enforcement made contact with a male subject identified as Brandon Jilek of Livingston. Following an investigation and interviews conducted by Narcotics Detectives, sufficient probable cause was established to obtain a search warrant for the residence.
A search warrant was issued by Justice of the Peace Jamie Richardson. During the execution of the warrant, investigators located nine firearms, body armor, and a significant amount of methamphetamine, along with digital scales and plastic baggies commonly used in the packaging and distribution of narcotics. Two of the firearms were confirmed to be previously reported stolen.
As a result of the investigation, Brandon Jilek was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams
Nine counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
Unlawful Possession of Body Armor by a Felon
Two counts of Theft of a Firearm
